We take pride in the quality of our custom laser-engraved products. Please read our return policy carefully before placing your order.
Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be in its original condition: unused, unworn, and in the original packaging.
You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Custom and personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
To start a return, please contact us at touchtag@outlook.com. If your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item.
Please do not send items back without requesting a return first- these will not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at touchtag@outlook.com so we can make it right. Be sure to include photos and a description of the issue.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Due to the nature of our work, we cannot accept returns for:
Custom or personalized items (unless damaged or misprinted)
Sale items or gift cards
Perishable goods, personal care products, or hazardous materials
If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please reach out before ordering.
Exchanges
If you need a different item, the quickest solution is to place a new order once your return is accepted. We do not process direct exchanges at this time.
EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period, during which you may cancel or return your order for any reason.
This right applies only to non-custom, non-personalized products.
Please note:
Once an order has been processed or production has begun, it cannot be cancelled, especially for custom or made-to-order items.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
