At TouchTag LaserWorks, we make personalisation easy, precise, and stress-free. Here’s how your custom engraved product comes to life:

Please use the customization box on each product page to enter your text or engraving instructions before adding the item to your basket.

If you’re including a logo or artwork, you can upload it on the product page as well or send it by email

Within 24–48 hours, we’ll send a digital preview of your design

You'll receive up to 3 mock-ups for free – we'll tweak fonts, layout, or sizing if needed

Once you’re happy, confirm via email

We’ll begin engraving right after your approval

We use high-end fiber and CO₂ laser machines to engrave your product

Production usually takes 1–2 working days after design approval

UK orders usually arrive within 2–5 working days

Worldwide shipping available – delivery time varies by location
