How It Works
At TouchTag LaserWorks, we make personalisation straightforward, precise, and stress-free. Here's how your custom laser engraved product comes to life — from initial brief to finished piece.
1. Submit Your Design or Text
Use the personalisation box on each product page to enter your text or engraving instructions before adding the item to your basket. If you're including a logo or artwork file, you can upload it directly on the product page or send it to us by email after placing your order.
2. Receive a Free Digital Mock-Up
Within 24–48 hours of your order, we'll send a digital preview of your design for approval. You'll receive up to 3 complimentary revisions — we can adjust fonts, layout, sizing, or positioning until you're completely satisfied.
3. Approve the Design
Once you're happy with the mock-up, confirm your approval via email and we'll move straight into production. No changes can be made after approval, so please review carefully before confirming.
4. Precision Laser Engraving
We use professional-grade fibre and CO₂ laser machines to engrave your product to exacting tolerances. Every piece is checked before dispatch to ensure it meets our quality standards.
5. Dispatch & Delivery
Production typically takes 1–2 working days ( depending on quantities) after design approval. UK orders are usually delivered within 2–5 working days. International shipping is available — delivery times vary by destination.
